Yes.  If you are thinking about the AVD1001 (wired doorbell), then I suggest making sure the transformer is 20 VA, and not 10.  (still 16-24 VAC).  That would ensure that there's enough power for both doorbells.

 

The AVD2001 (wireless) is trickle-charged from the chime transformer, so that isn't a concern for that model.
