Our video door bell worked for about 2 months and recently quit ringing our in house chime. The video portion still works, I receive alerts that someone is at the door on my app but, the chime in the house is not working.

Pop the doorbell off the mount and remove the two wires. Touch them together to see if the chime sounds.

We did remove the doorbell and connected the two wires and the chime worked prior to posting our issue.

I tried the customer support chat but, could not find any FAQ to address our problem. Is there an 800 customer support number that I can call?

Do you have a subscription of any sort? If not, temporarily subscribe and unsubscribe later so you can use Settings, Support to get a phone number. Also, have you tried this:
