I have two base stations, both 4540s.

The arlo video doorbell was assigned to base station 1. First install was immediate and functioned.

A few weeks later, we disconnected it to install the wedge for better video angle.

The arlo app will not 'discover' the doorbell on either base station.

The doorbell has the lights it should.

I have tried resetting, disconnecting, removing and re-adding, and no combo has worked so far.

Internet is fine, wireless is all on same network, phone is on wireless network, app sees all 4 other cameras.

What am I missing? Is there a specific fail-safe sequence to try again?

daxon,

Have you factory reset the doorbell? If not, try that by following the instructions here: How do I reset my Arlo Video Doorbell?

Thanks for that link - the other instructions I was reading did not have the 15 second hold for reset. That did the trick.
