When you follow the installation procedure using the app, the QR code appears on the phone. Show it to the doorbell to continue the process.

Thank you for the reply. That was actually my assumption but apparently I’ve not made it that far in the installation process. 🤨
I live in an older home, it appears that I don’t have enough voltage and will be replacing my transformer.
