Arlo Video Doorbell - adding a second user

I just installed the Arlo Video Doorbell.  I was able to setup my account and get the doorbell working on my phone.  I can't get the product to accept the QR code on my wife's phone.  She has her own account.  Both phones are iPhones.  Any ideas?  I wish you could just invite her as other smart homes allow instead of setting it up over again.

This can be done by adding her email to the grant access feature. For more information on how to do this, take a look here: How do I add friends to my Arlo account?

I have the same issue. I followed the instruction wife got email created new account and then walks her all the way through the installation process again and stops @ the doorbell recognition step. What the heck. It took less time to install the darn thing

You will never be able to install the same device on two accounts at the same time - it's already set up. Instead, use Settings, Grant Access to allow a second person access.
