Installed door bell and also see solid while light when I press door bell button, I don’t ge QC Code pop up on my app to add door bell

Are you trying to connect it to your base? Or to your home WiFi?  

 

Note the AVD1001 only needs a QR code when you onboard to your home wifi.  The AVD2001 is a bit different - there you need to scan the code inside the doorbell (code is behind the battery) at the beginning of onboarding.  But that is not done with the AVD1001.
