Most horrible customer service of any product I've ever purchased. No phone support. No web support without a subscription. You're not goi g to have a subscription if the product hasn't installed yet. Doorbell will not connect to wifi after following ever instruction available. Back to Amazon the products go....

At what point during setup are you experiencing an issue? Could you provide the details of any error messages you're seeing?
