AVD1001-AUS version still not certify to work with Alexa in Australia

AVD1001-AUS is still not certify to work with Alexa in Australia since release and sold widely.

 

The doorbell can't show live view on Alexa echo shows - it will attempt to search then say sorry cant perform operation.  

 

Tried lowering resolution as per yor KB article advise but no luck.

Ultra Cameras are working find with live view. 

 

Checked with Amazon AU, they advise you yet to pay subscription for the doorbell in AUS.  This is only certify and works in US.  Please advise when will you intended to get this feature working in AU.
