The Arlo Doorbell camera promotes how much video area it shows Vs. the other doorbell cameras but I can’t get it to stay zoomed out and cover the whole area I want it to cover. You can only see that larger area when you are in video settings previewing but it will never record the larger area. Is there a way to keep it zoomed out?

Kiserfilms,

 

As long as the image isn't cropped in your video settings and you aren't manually zooming in on the live stream, the image should be default to the entire field of view. Are you able to post a screenshot of what you're experiencing?
