Have (2) Arlo AVD-1001 wired video doorbells which were installed and functional, with all connected  to the Arlo Secure network.  Identified an improved internet service level available in my service area from “Bug Tussel” provider,  which increased from 5 Mbps to 25 Mbps.  The service change required an update to a new Ethernet combination modem wireless router.  The new modem / router is a TP-Link Archer AX-73.  Two (2) of three (3) Arlo Pro 4 cameras reconnected, however both of the wired Arlo AVD-1001 doorbells failed to reconnect.  Attempted Arlo reconnect process on all devices without success.  Then tried Arlo suggested “removal’ of these devices, and suggested “add” back of these devices.  All devices successful through Arlo process including chime, but will not then connect.  Devices were all recognized as “clients” on router on the 2.4 G network, just won’t connect to Arlo.  Have tried the reset and re-add process multiple times.  Router does have mesh capability, but not currently utilized and turned off when attempting Arlo reconnects.  Arlo Support unable to provide any resolution, and site not very user friendly and frequently down when trying to update case on

Since the Arlo Pro 4 cameras reconnected, it suggests a potential compatibility issue specific to the AVD-1001 model with the new TP-Link Archer AX-73 router. Consider checking for firmware updates for both the doorbells and the router, and reaching out to TP-Link support for assistance in configuring the router settings optimally for Arlo devices.
