I bought a new router and now I can't connect my Arlo. The directions say to hit the reset button but mine doesn't work? Any ideas?

An easy way to prevent these issues is to simply rename the SSID and password on the new router to what was used on the old one.
Did you follow this procedure when attempting to reset? Don't forget that you also need to remove the doorbell from your account if you properly reset.
