I pay for Arlo Secure. One benefit is smart notifications, which allows me to specify the motion alerts I want to receive. I have granted access to my spouse within the app, but she doesn’t have access to the same features that I have. Is this a limitation or am I doing something wrong?

It's a limitation. Even with access privileges enabled, an account that has been granted access can't do the same things as the primary account.
