I bought a subscription plan but cannot verify my email/not in spam box either.

I bought an Arlo wired doorbell camera and a one year subscription plan. I never received the verification email to my original gmail account that I purchased it under; it is not in my spam box either. I have requested the email on both Chrome and Safari browsers. I cannot access any customer service, the chat bot is no help, and there is no phone number to call. I was able to set up a different email account that DID receive the verification email, but I can't find anywhere to enter the subscription code that I received in my original email. I can't even access paid customer support because I can't verify my email for the paid subscription! I have NO idea how to contact customer service to fix any of this.
