installed a new doorbell 2nd gen and lost all visibility to my second home where we were granted access

installed a new doorbell 2nd gen and lost all visibility to my second home where we were granted access. The access still shows on that system, but we can no longer see the devices attached.
Arlo, what did you do??? These are security systems, we should not loose connection just because we added a new device??? No Mobile access and no desktop either.

The only way to restore access is to force the app operating on the other system to upgrade.
Arlo is forcing users out of the older to a newer user interface when you try installing a new model camera or create a new account.
Arlo has not made the UIs backwards compatible so sharing cameras between the old and new UI are impossible.
Since you have upgraded the UI experience your stuck and you now need to convince the other user sharing their cameras to upgrade to the same UI experience which they will likely hate you for going forward.
