Wireless doorbell cannot seem to see recordings pop up on my phone as a notification

I cannot seem to see recordings pop up on my phone as a notification and my doorbell doesn't record the recordings anymore. I have gone into mode and all the correct settings are on and I have tried creating my own mode this did not work. I habe kept the battery out for 15 secs and nothing seems to work. I pay for the subscription so I don't understand the issues any help guys would be great

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the doorbell camera?

Good.  I think the next step is to try the motion detection test.  That is described here:

As a side note, I see this sometimes, just on my doorbells. I find that rebooting my hub fixes it until the next time.
