No ring to phone android arlo app

Hello

We are new to the system. I noticed today when away from the house my phone would vibrate but not ring when the doorbell was pressed. I missed the call as a result. Is there a way to have my phone ring so I don't miss the doorbell when out? I noticed on the Arlo app traditional chime is not connected and is unable to be amended. It also keeps disconnecting from the router eventhough there are no WiFi or router issues. Therefore the camera system is not completely reliable for motion detection?..

Was  your phone was on vibrate?  If so, then that is exactly what would happen.  

Can you clarify whether you are having issues with the

• Audio Doorbell (AAD1001) - no camera
• Wired Doorbell (AVD1001) - camera but no removable battery
• Wire-Free Doorbell (AVD2001) - camera and removable battery

The phone was not on vibrate. Just tried again as I'm home now.

The ring tone on the phone is extremely low when pressing the doorbell.

Normal phonecall ring tones are loud and clear.
