I have noticed recently that when someone presses the doorbell the audio isn’t working. I can hear them but they can’t hear me.
I have reset, removed, and re added the doorbell but this didn’t fix it. I have had the doorbell replaced and the same issue is happening.
I found through testing that if I hang up and press the doorbell again straight away the audio then works however that doesn’t really help as someone coming to the door isn’t going to press the bell a second time.
Does anyone else have this issue?

James6,
Are you able to reproduce this issue 100% of the time or is it intermittent?
What model phone are you using? Do you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app installed?

I have this same issue. I have reset, reconnected, connected via hub, connected via wifi directly.
If I select the camera to view and listen or talk normally it functions very well. Soon as someone presses the doorbell button, when I answer the call on my android phone, I can't talk to the person at the door.
