Wire-free Doorbell Flat Backplate

Has anyone needed or found flat backed non-arlo mounting plates? I’m wishing to install my camera to a UPVC door - have had issues with other manufacturers video doorbells - so reluctant to start drilling holes. The backplate that comes with the wire-free doorbell has a large slot in it making it very difficult to use any form of adhesive mounts other than screwing to door. Not sure why Arlo have a wired option for a wire-free doorbell…..?

Only thing I can think of is filling in the open mount plate ( leave a hole for wires ) with some form of epoxy AND then using like 3M command strips or double sided molding tape to place.
