Doorbell AVD2001 x Echo Show 8

I have Doorbell AVD2001 x Echo Show 8, but Echo don't recieve the AVD call, neither the bell call nor the option to view the images appears automatically. On the Arlo app it works normally and on the Echo Dot, it makes the call with a ringtone and movement message. Could you guide me? thanks.

try reducing your Arlo Video Doorbell resolution.

You can find this setting by logging in to the Arlo mobile app and navigating to Settings > My Devices > select your doorbell > Video Settings > Video Resolution > 1080sq
