Hi I have just purchased the Arlo 2nd Generation video doorbell , it's all set up and working ok. 

My issue is when I sent my wife an invite to be able to use the app on her phone , 1 it's still saying pending on my phone , 2 she has recieved the email to accept and connect , but when she does with my log in details as requested.  it says to her you must enter the email and password of the person you recieved the request from , which she has numerous amout of times but without any success This is so annoying and frustrating , I hope there is someone out there that may have the solution Thank you

One simple solution is to have her use your credentials on her phone.

 

If you do want to use "Friend" access for some reason, then have her click on the "create account" icon in the email on a PC - NOT the phone.  That will open the browser to my.arlo.com.  From there she logs into HER account - completing the two-factor authentication step.  (If she has no account yet, she will need to create one when she gets to the my.arlo.com screen).
