My Arlo front doorbell camera is not connecting

I had to reset my wifi network. After that I am trying to change the network for front door bell and garden camera. Garden camera is successfully connected within few seconds. But front door bell is not connecting at all even after I hear chime sound. I need help in this.

Is your phone connected to the same 2.4GHz network when onboarding?
