Hi purchased a new rechargable battery for my wireless doorbell in July 2024. It has now stopped working. I've gone in circles with chat support robots trying to contact them for RMA since I don't have an active subscription the bot can not help. And I can not speak to a live agent.

Can you please dm me a good callback number as well as a good time to call. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.

Nico reached out and left me a voicemail, however I can not call him back at that number, it is an outgoing number only.

Per his instructions he would be sending me an email. I received an email that was from a do not reply email address and it instructs me to contact him through support in the app. There are no open or pending requests in the app.

The only thing I can do is 'contact support' which is just a robot again that sends me in circles per my original complaint. 

This is laughable at this point
