Do anyone else have had a bad experience with Arlo customer service? I was on the phone with customer service for a very long time and I felt bad because I could barely understand them. I had to get my spouse on the phone to help me out and thankfully they could understand them a little better, but they got a little frustrated with us. I said I was sorry, but I could not understand her and if she could, please repeat what she said…probably over 20 times throughout the whole phone call. We could hear her frustration. She finally said she would send out a replacement as it could take up for 5 days. We waited a week and it never came. i found a message in my Arlo app tucked away saying that they do not have the color that I had… if it would be ok to send out a different color .. (which it doesn’t matter to me what color it is) by the time i saw the message they already closed my case, so i reopened the claim and messaged her back that I did not care what color it was. i just wanted it replaced, I’m paying for their service for months that I can’t even use. I never gotten a response back. It has been over three weeks as it says it’s still in progress, but still no response. I have sent numerous emails & messages through the Arlo app and there is still zero response. It’s crazy. I have Never had this much trouble with customer service anywhere with no response back.. I’m ready to find a different company. My doorbell stopped working less than six months after having it.i just want it replaced. It is so frustrating.
