My video doorbell constantly goes offline. I have wasted hours trying to troubleshoot this and no solution has been found. Whenever I try to chat with support, they simply close the ticket despite no fix having been found or ignore my emails. I will be returning this product to my local retailer and warning everyone I can NOT to buy any Arlo products as their quality control and support is terrible.
