Pairing to two mobile phones

I have just bought an Arlo Essential Video Doorbell Wire Free.
I want to pair it with two mobile phones so that either my wife or I can answer calls. Is it possible to pair the doorbell with two different phones? I have paired it with mine but it dosen't seem to pair with the second phone.
Any thoughts, please?

A device that's already paired can't be paired again. Use Settings, Grant Access to your wife's email address so both of you can check on things.

Thanks for that. I phoned Arlo Support and they talked me through it. Brilliant.
