These door bells simply don’t work. I made the mistake of changing my system from Ring to Arlo. Changed my doorbell and cameras. The door bell is the worst, if just doesn’t work. Numerous calls and live chats with Arlo “experts” waste of time. The best they come up with is to reset the doorbell. That does not work. Next they blame your wi-fi, then ask you to reset for longer 30 seconds instead of 15. They tell me it is acceptable for the door bell to take 6 /7 seconds to connect. Far too long, In six seconds I have answered the door myself.
should have read the reviews before I wasted over £1,000 on this useless system.
