Hi All,
I’ve read numerous posts about problems with the Arlo Wireless Doorbell not being found by the iPhone app once the chime has been heard. I am yet to find a solution as I’ve reset my basestation and all devices and still have no joy. I even set up an alternate network and still no luck. If anyone can offer a solution I’d be very grateful.
cheers

I am having the same problem with my iPhone app. Also the Essential wire-free doorbell (AVD 2001) and chime 2 regularly go offline. I have tried all the suggestions - resetting, factory resetting, checked wifi signal, connected to 2.4Ghz etc - in the support information supplied by Arlo. I would appreciate any ideas.
