Quick question: I have the essential video doorbell wire free. After losing internet connection my doorbell will not work with my activity zones. I reset it then deleted it and reinstalled it. Set the zones up again and nothing. I changed the sensitivity to the highest and it still will not be pick anything up. Any suggestions?

That means the camera/doorbell itself is working. The activity zone processing is done in the Arlo cloud.
Can you try creating a large zone? One nearly the full size of the camera field of view. Then see if that also works.

Thanks, I did try that. AZ still not working. You need to be almost right in front of the camera for it to pick up and start recording. I followed all the steps from Arlo CS, boy it is a tad painfull working with CS at Arlo. Tried to update my case would not allow me to upload the docs they wanted. Hoping to get to a tier 2 so I can get this figured out.
