I added a video 2k doorbell 2nd generation device to my office. I granted access to an associate that will be at the office most of the time. I only want his phone to ring if the doorbell is pressed. Not mine. If I put my setting( I am the admin) to silent mode he doesn't get the call even though his setting is not on silent mode. If I take my phone off of silent mode he gets the calls as do I. I have the camera connected to the wifi in our office and it works fine except I don't want to get the calls. I received a generic email telling me how to manage the doorbell see below. I know how to manage the modes. I have tried all combinations. Simply I want my phone silent and his phone to ring. But it appears my setting control everything.
Re: Video Doorbell 2k 2nd generation silent mode options
Hi @dflando
At this time the silent mode feature can be managed with the Admin account as well as any shared accounts with granted access to the Doorbell.
