Hello.
i have the pro 2 cameras with free cloud storage. I just bought the Arlo doorbell. I want to add to new device but it wants me to upgrade. If I upgrade will I lose my free cloud storage on the pro 2 cameras if I don’t like the doorbell? It’s my understanding that there is a 30 day trial on the doorbell. If it doesn’t work the way I want then I was going to return the doorbell.

A suggestion is to review the posts here on the forum about arlo user’s experiences using the newer app upgrade. It is important to note that once you upgrade the app your stuck. I.e. no way to back out.
Once you upgrade and install the doorbell, you do not loose the 7days free cloud storage on the pro2 cameras initially, if the doorbell subscription expires then you will need to uninstall the doorbell device from the account to reactivate the pro2 Cameras free storage access.
