Comacast was at my home to repair my wifi. Now my camera works and I did a motion test but I do not get motion notification. I rebooted the system took out the battery and restarted the unit also re installed the app on my phone nothing works . Please help I get manual video but no motion notification

What is your active mode? Does it have a rule for the camera in it that's set to detect/record?

This is a problem for many users - not just you. I spent all day with support removing and readding my cameras but always the same result - I can see live video, motion tests work, but they will not every record when they detect motion.
