VMB 5000 B has no LED, does not seem to have power.

None of my cameras are online. I have tried to unplug both power and ethernet cable and followed all the steps suggested by Arlo's support docs. There is no LED light on my VMB 5000 B. When I plug in the power, I do hear a slight humming sound, which tells me that the system seems to be getting power.
What do I do? Is my system dead? What are my options?

You could try a risk-buy of a replacement power adapter. Or purchase a new base. The VMB4540 would also work (and is less expensive).
