Hi, I have this issue that started on the 02Oct2024, when my Arlo Android App would not let me access my library for my SD card records. I have tried to refresh the port forwarding config, enable and disable it, restart it, reinstall the App, and format the SD card again, but no help. My Samsung S23 Ultra is up to date, my Arlo App is up to date, and no other new Apps installed within the past months but a few days ago I realised that I can access my Arlo library via Mcdonald's wifi, and free wifi at the shopping malls, etc but not with my mobile data with my phone. I had this Alro for four years now, it's out of warranty and I am currently living in another country, so access to the base is not possible. Any suggestions or help here would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

I'm not familiar with the Samsung models but you might want to check the phone settings for the app to ensure mobile data is allowed (if that's an available option). It's also possible it has something to do with your cell provider.

Thank you. So many factors might make this, I assume. The phone settings are normal; I didn't change anything, and I have the same service provider as before, which I could check with my mobile data. It's just strange, and I'm wondering if anyone had this before; thanks again!
