My Ultra is missing events, stopping recording half way through even though the event is within the 'recording space' (3/4 of the screen). Pro 2 in the same location records continuously without events being chopped up, missed etc. The sensitivity setting is 100. This issue echoes a similar behaviour of Pro 5 described on the forum.
I expect this issue to be addressed and soon.
Thank you.

Of what? How the camera has missed a cat half way through? How do I do that?

Of course, @BrookeN , I can still see the behaviour. I'll let you know when it changes - until then, you should assume that it's still happening. The issue is regardless of the distance between the camera and moving objects, with one fixed to the wall 1m above my head and still stopping recording halfway through (the other is higher). It's unlikely to be the camera itself but Arlo's software, firmware.
Can we please have it addressed pronto? It's already been 2 months and I have no patience to play Arlo's game of sorting out things within 18 months plus (see the thread on Pro 5 missing events). Thank you.

Hi Brooke
Is there any news on this issue please? I can see that this affects other users, too, which isn't just a unique set-up then or location. I'm disappointed to say that my Pro 2 is missing events also.

What troubleshooting steps have you done so I do not have you repeat anything that may have been done already?

Thanks for your response.
The usual: reset, remove, re-add, increase sensitivity in Default Mode Settings. Both are connected to a constant power source.
To be honest, I don't think the sensitivity settings works as well as it should, or at least its impact - i.e. being increased to the max - is very minimal.
There are obviously a number of other posts on the forum that have voiced their concerns about events being missed, so mine isn't an isolated case.
