Ultra missing events - Pro 2 in the same location works fine

My Ultra is missing events, stopping recording half way through even though the event is within the 'recording space' (3/4 of the screen). Pro 2 in the same location records continuously without events being chopped up, missed etc. The sensitivity setting is 100. This issue echoes a similar behaviour of Pro 5 described on the forum.

I expect this issue to be addressed and soon.

Of what? How the camera has missed a cat half way through? How do I do that?
