I have my cameras set up to only notify on humans and vehicles, but I still get notifications for animals every time my dogs and cats move on the patio. What is going on with that?

Enfield1,

Is it identifying your animals correctly as "animal" when you receive a notification for your dogs or cats?

Hi Enfield, I’ve experienced that issue sometimes in the past too.

A couple things that helped me was:

#1- deselect all the smart notifications from the Arlo app for those cameras affected then re-enable them all again

#3 - disable them from the Arlo app and re-enable from my.Arlo.com
