High latency for 4k live stream when record locally is enable

I just got my Arlo cameras today. I have my Arlo Ultra updated with the firmware version 1.070.50.3_216_cfb9b8d. I'm experiencing ~20 to 30 secs high latency when I'm viewing 4k local live streaming on my iOS app. The wifi signal of my camera shows ok (3 out of 3) and the camera positioning test shows "Strong". I'm not experiencing high latency when I'm not using 4k local streaming. Any ideas on how to mitigate this?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.
