Hey there,
One of my Ultra battery cams has started to record non-stop in little snippets of video until the battery dies. I have tried to reset it and re-add it to my system, but it has not improved. I have tried turning down motion sensitivity all the way to 1, no effect. Any suggestions?

Assuming you're still within the warranty period, use Settings, Support, choose your camera model and scroll down to Contacts. Talk to official support for a possible RMA.

Well out of warranty, unfortunately.

If you have a subscription, you can still talk to official support - you just won't be able to get a replacement from them.
