I recently selected four Arlo Pro 5 cameras from the Arlo website and four solar panels as recommended as an accessory, however, the boxes containing the panels state that they are compatible with several Arlo cameras but not the Pro5! Does anyone know if this is a simple error made by Arlo and that the panels work with my new cameras or not? The solar panel model is VMA5600-2000S. I have now charged the batteries fully and am going away for two months soon and worried that the cameras will stop working while I am away. Can anyone help? I have contacted Arlo direct but have NOT had a response!!

Le panneau solaire VMA5600 est compatible avec les caméras Arlo Pro 5. Pouvez-vous partager la photo de votre boîtier ? Vous pouvez vérifier la compatibilité entre les panneaux et caméras dans cet article : Compatibilité du panneau solaire Arlo.

The VMA5600 solar panel is compatible with Arlo Pro 5 cameras. Can you share the photo of this box? You can check the compatibility in this article: Arlo Solar Panel Compatibility.

Thank you for the reassurance!

I will now install them. I still have not received a reply to my plea for support from Arlo Support. Having been recommended to purchase Arlo I regret the decision having experienced the complete lack of support and the errors on their website. I clicked on one solar panel to read about it’s compatibility and the link was missing! The boxes that the panels were delivered with stated that they are compatible with several Arlo cameras but NOT the Arlo 5 Pro. That’s enough complaining. Thank you again. Steve
