SMARTHUB IS OFFLINE. THE LIGHT GOES FROM SOLID BLUE TO FLASHING AMBER...HELP

Does power-cycling the base resolve it?

No. I’ve redone the Ethernet cable and power. Also reset the hub. The light turns blue then flashes amber. After some time it repeats blue then flashes amber. This happens continuously

Try removing the smarthub from your account, factory reset, and then re-onboard as if it were a brand new device.
