Problem setting up account to access Arlo app to set up Ultra. Contacted support team.

Spent a day trying to set up - had a problem setting up account to access the app to set up the ultra. Decided to contact customer support. Live Chat very slow and when I eventually explain the problem and put in my name email telephone number and a couple of hundred words the system tells me the chat has ended before. I did this several times eventually I have a discussion to be told I live in UK so they can’t help. Someone will call me back . No no one did. I have just taken the four ultra cameras back to the store to find another solution. Customer service is time consuming, unhelpful and rude. If I was trying to help a customer and was cut off I would right away contact that customer. It is not as if they didn’t have my details since I have now input them in 6 different abortive threads with the so called customer service team
