Arlo Ultra not staying connected when plugged into AC power. Live view keeps showing "connecting".

I am having an issue where one of my cameras is not staying connected to the system. By connected, I mean, to where I can pull up the app and view the camera from my phone. If I try and view it on the app I just get "connecting" and it will sit there until I finally quit the app. This is also affecting my the CVR I have on that particular camera. The base station and camera both says that there is no update available for them. The only way I can fix the issue is by unplugging the camera from the AC power and plugging it back in. Then it works for some time but the CVR still doesn't work. The CVR may be another issue but I would like to get both fixed seeing how I am paying for the CVR.

I would start by rebooting the hub and removing and resyncing the camera.
