Hi,
one of my Ultra camaras only picks up movement during daylight, no movement detection or recordings at night... Any suggestions?
Thanks a lot in advance!

Are you using the schedule? Be sure the proper mode is selected if so.

No schedule in use, system is armed 24/7
Last recording is taken shortly before sunset, first recording again at dawn - but the other camera clearly shows movement from our cat

hi Dr Sh G, are you using the Arlo camera positioning guide when you installed the camera? Please see this link here the displays the best way.

Also, is the motion detection you are expecting at night far away from the camera or close?
Also, when you state there are no recordings at night. Did you also check the SD card, if you are using one.
Thanks!

Movement should be around 2,5 meters away from the camera - actually I had an Arlo pro at exactly the same position which worked nicely; just upgraded to the ultra due to enhanced resolution and flashlight

To confirm do you have your low light settings set up? (Screen shot of my low light settings attached).
Also, what does the live view of your camera look like at night after sunset when dark out? IE 10pm.

Yes, low light enabled (same setting works nicely on another Ultra)

HI D S GH, what about adjusting the brightness from 25% to 100%?
Please try that and see if that helps for this evening.
