Hub can’t find cameras

I have had both ultra & pro 3 cameras connected to an ultra hub for 6 months. I don’t even have recording or motion sensors set up - currently just use them to remotely check in on the house. The last week it kept saying the hub is offline in the arlo app. In my eero app the router shows the hub online & hardwired. Restarting both did nothing so I finally reset the arlo hub. It seems to be connected now, I was able to add it back into my app and it connected to search for updates. But now it won’t find any cameras. I tried using the sync button and still nothing. Any suggestions? Right out of the box one of my cameras would not work. Now this at only 6 months old. Not at all impressed, especially for the price.
