Recording

I have 3 cameras installed which record fine from motion movement.  I just installed my 4th camera and it will not record motion when I get motion alert go to camera nothing is there. How can I get it to record I have a 5th camera to setup but want to figure this out before I do that. I pay for the middle yearly package

This is an Ultra? 

• Did you purchase new or used?
• Did you check that it is in the trial subscription plan?
• Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera?
