What is the manufacturer/model of the new router?

Do you happen to have an ethernet switch?

You'd know if you had one.

Thx.  The hubs use an older ethernet protocol (called "fast ethernet").  Some new routers are dropping fast ethernet from some or more of their ethernet ports.  But your router does support fast ethernet, so that is not the problem.

Do you know how to  log into your router?  If you do, then I suggest looking at the devices page in the router's web page, and see if it shows the Arlo hub.
