Not charging - Ultra

Hi, 1 of 3 camera has stopped charging after 3 weeks.

Have mixed battery, cables and charger without luck.

All 3 are connected with cable.

Any ideas?

If you have cleaned the contacts, the next option would be to contact Arlo support re warranty

Thanks for your suggestion, I can always try to clean them but think it is strange that it just happened after 3 weeks.

Mounted inside, no dirt...
