Problem
The problem I have is that all recordings are successfully stored on locally on the Smarthub however some recordings do not make it to the cloud.
Hardware
- 4 x Ultra
- All Firmware: 1.070.53.3_6_297b17b
- Hardware: H8
- 1 x SmartHub
- Firmware: 1.25.1.0_1769_1f1c874, Hardware: VMB5000r4
- Connected via LAN cable not WiFi
- I do not have any actvity zones defined, as there is no need.
- The Smarthub has a fixed IP address
- Checking the network logs on my Ubiquiti shows no errors

Any thoughts what I need to check/change?
Try playing some of the recordings that aren't getting to the cloud. It might be best to eject the storage and connect it to a PC for this check. VLC is a useful player for this purpose.
Look for signs that there are errors in the recordings - artifacts in the video, freezes, stutters, or even no video at all.
Also, see if this is happening with all your cameras or just one or two.
