The 1 yr free subscription for arlo ultra cameras seems to be a scam. I have tried getting support with this and they said they dont know but would get someone to email me.....didnt happen....it says enter the 16 digit smart code which I cant find anywhere and is not on the recipt as it says it is......others on forums have been having this issue for 2yrs now and its still not fixed so the only other option is that it is a scam and false advertising directly from arlo.
