Is a hub required for internet connectivity for a single device, or does it connect directly to a modem/router/extender?  Are the hubs for local recording and multiple device internet connectivity?...  If someone could clarify that for me, I’d appreciate it.

The Ultra requires a hub, some of the newer cameras can link direct to your home wifi
